It will be nice if one can develop an iPhone app which would give you dual alarms; you set up wake up alarm and it automatically sets up “go to bed” alarm! It can also give you a choice of number of sleep cycles you prefer 4, 5 or 6 perhaps if you are trying to pay up your sleep debt.
